Chainless Feel

The Rimpact Chain Damper isolates the cranks from forces suspension movement adds to the chain, removing the "chatter" transferred ro the riders feet. The separation of forces also removes restriction on the suspension, improving responsiveness and grip. In addition, the Chain Damper reduces noise from the drivetrain while descending.

Hassle Free

Being a UK business, Rimpact have designed the Chain Damper to survive a winter. The outer body has a labyrinth design and the internals are triple sealed. The damper will require occasional servicing when performance degrades, or it becomes noisy, but servicing is straightforward with a 3mm allen key.

Long Lasting Chain Ring

Finished to a hard anodized type three III, thicker and more wear resistant than standard type II. Replacement rings are available with 30, 32, 34, or 36 teeth.

Creak Free

For a creak free, stiff design, the chain ring is integrated directly into the chain damper, without using a standard 104bcd chainring mounting size. The front plate of the damper mounts directly onto the crank interface.
